Is tibia 8.4 compatible with windows 7 64-bit?

I play this OT called collapser zulu, for some reason everytime i use tibia 8.4 with it, i get really bad lags and freezes, it doesn't happen with any other clients, just 8.4, does anyone know what i can do? i have the graphics set the same as any other client.
