item not lootable

how can i make a Item not lootable out of monsters?
i am planning on making some items for Quests but i do not want them to be Lootable or even a Rare item.
is there a easy way to do this

You'll need to remove the item as loot from the monsters then.
If you already know what drops the item, just open them up.. otherwise open the monster folder, then search for the itemID, and it should show you all the monsters with it.

For instance if I search for a short sword's itemID, this is the results I get.
