TFS 1.X+ ITEM REFLECT DMG, OR STATIC DMG?

Is anyone familiar with, or have the scripts necessary for

Adding reflect x% damage on to an item (if a monster hits you for 100 damage; 10% reflect = monster taking 10 dmg)
Or a script that adds raw damage value to the item (Knight Armor: Armor 10: Has 10% Chance to deal 1-63 dmg)

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

If you're using latest TFS then it already exists as items attribute, Here.
If you're not using the latest TFS, you'll have to implement it yourself from here.
