OTClient Items dissapear when relogin (Custom sprites added)

Hello everyone!

Adding some new items to client and updating otb i have strange problem:

If we create item 30302 appear perfect, but if you relog OTclient he dissapear:

WTF?​

(With Tibia 10.00 edited with the new sprites crash)

Items are not paresed, in items.otb click "reload item attributes"
