Items editor 8.6

I get this error after I edit my items.otb
[Error - Items::loadFromOtb] Another (client) version of items.otb is required.

Ot items editor I'm tryna add some custom items in my ot
Like boots of baste but with health and mana ticks that doesn't get dropped by monsters and has a new sid

Okay, but where where are u getting the error? In ur server console? On the the ot item editor itself?

I sent you a video since days explaining exactly what should you do, but I will explain once more.
Follow me steps slowly then you won't get any errors.
1 : Run otitemeditor as Administrator (Not sure if needed).
2 : File then choose load otb... and locate your items.otb

3 : Tools then choose Export items.xml

4 : Tools then choose Load names

OTItemEditor should look like this.

Can't attach more than 5 items so I will continue here.
6 : Tools then choose Add Item

The new added item ID should appear at the end of Other :

Just edit it for your needs
cid/options and attributes, You can use ObjectBuilder
then after finish editing/adding you will just have to File then choose Save as...


Your file name should be named items.otb not just items or any other name, If you followed exactly the simple tutorial I made you won't have any errors or issues.
File should look like the 2nd one "items.otb" not only items.

Yeah it won't load after I edit the items I get this error upon server startup

I think you have missed one of the steps or
1 : Your server isn't 8.6.
2 : You are using items.otb that's mainly not made for 8.6 or edited before.
I can take a look through teamviewer, but first retry and follow the steps correctly.
