How i can make: one ring what give 20 Speed and 8% to life and 8% to mana.

You can make that ring give "x" hp, % don't know how.

movements.xml add a new movement onEquip and deEquip
blah blah:

setCreatureMaxHealth(cid, getCreatureMaxHealth(cid) + 200)

deequip:

setCreatureMaxHealth(cid, getCreatureMaxHealth(cid) - 200)
