This is my problem with items otb, i have a new map and new items.otb from malucoo.

The items.otb is not the same in your server as the client, therefor the problems, Always use same otb as the client.
If you want a custom client you need to make one.

This happens when u got other items.otb than this map was tracked with XD

You can make it by yourself. Just by itemseditor. Load your items then "save as" and choose the new version. Before you have to change the loaded .dat and .spr files in preferences.
