You can replace them with the replace item tool.

If the items in Remere are different than ingame, use the same items.otb in Remere (data/860) and your server (data/items).

Depense on which server you are using, but you can look in items.xml if it has an item as attribute it should transform to or else it's added in data/lib/000-constant.lua.
Look for the id of the mushroom and change it to the right id.

ok, done...
but other problem, i open door but do not close =| ID CLOSED: 10784 - ID OPEN: 10785 - do not go to ID 10784 (CLOOSED)
