I want know why my items edited doesnt working... i declare to weapons and i put his correctly fuctions... i need any more?

example:

You see a nightmare shield (Def:37, magic level +4, speed +10).
It can only be wielded properly by players of level 80 or higher.
It weighs 32.00 oz.
It was crafted by the ancient order of the nightmare knights.
ItemID: [6391].

Doesnt up mlvl, only mlvl
