How can I make an item give regeneration? (For an example: Soft Boots)

(Tried copying and pasting the attribute under soft boots and pasting them under another item, but I guess it doesn't work that way) xD

Please help, thanks.

No, I want an item to work just as soft boots, the regeneration. I know the soft boots work, but I want to make (for an example: Magic Plate Armor)give regeneration as well.

You have to put in the item id in movements.xml
go in to movements.xml and search for soft boots id and copy the lines, and change the id to your custom boots

It can be armor/shields/legs too right? Doesn't have to be boots as long as I change the ID to which ever item I choose to have regeneration, correct?
