Not sure what you mean but..

Use object builder and item editor to make it movable.

In server database(phpmyadmin), go to table "player_items" find correct player by player_ID (if u dont know player id, go to table "accounts" there u will see id of player)
Next delete line with pid 5.
Pid mean slot (pid 5 = right_hand_slot)
