Ahhhh, cool beans. Is there a way to turn all of them off with 1 swoop or do I have to go through 1 by 1?

hm.. if all items have the same required level, yes...
open with notepad, press ctrl+h and tipe:
'level="xx" ' <- without the single quotes and below leave blank...
