Kill + Look Bugado HELP please!!

Hiya i have a OTServ and its alissow 8.54 & 8.57 and when someone kill other character the guy does die stay with life 0 but he doest die it says this in my CMD.

PhpMyAdmin, and then in to the OT database and press SQL. Then insert that code, and press execute.
