Lag for no reason!!!!!!

when i enter my server it lags a lot and i did Everything, my computer specs are very good and i cleaned my computer i fixed errors in the console andm y internet is fast 100 mb, i have open the ports 7171 7172 and port 80 but it still lag
PS:I HAVE THREE COMPUTERS MORE WHO IS CONNECTED TO MY ROUTER

Maybe you should try out Dedi Servers to host it for yourself 100% No lag Bro.
