Lag when moving items and running

Hello, I have a problem with the server, namely when I stand still, I can normally move items and when I run, I have a lag of 1 second

Post which server version and what client you are using. Also are you connecting locally to your server?
Try the server without modifications, perhaps a script is causing your issues (movements?)

Otx 2.0? It has tons of problems you would need to fix, before you even get to that problem (It's very out dated). I would get Otx 2.12 runs way better, if you still have the same problem it would be easier to fix with 2.12.
