open Start Menu/run/then write ping Google -t you will see :
Reply from xx.xxx.xxx.xx: bytes:32 time=15ms TTL=61 ,just tell me time = ?ms and if u see many(Request timed out.)

to home host you will need alot higher because if someone from xxx miles away will get alot more ms ping and that will just become a mass lag for them you will need to either get a new internet provider or go on dedicated hosting

this is my test which is ok for home hosting so get a new internet provider

my friend have same internet and same Price.

no :s as your speedtest.net says (slower than 72% of BA)

i would ring your provider up and ask for a upgrade, yeah it might cost you more money but i would say it will be a big help!
