Lagg/ Lagg spikes on TFS 0.4 Pay 5 EUR for the one who help fix

Im using the latest TFS 0.4 svn and i put the server up on otservlist yesterday and i started fixing bugs/problems that players reported and now the server started lagging.
I have tried disabling the shop in globalevents, tried removeing the shop completely, removed all the spells i added yesterday/today, tried restarting the server several times and restart the PC.
The lag is kinda strange, i walk like 10sqm then i stop for like 1-6 sec and cant do shit but all the npc and other shit continue as usual and then i can walk like 10sqm more and same thing over.

The server PC is not at fault since its 16gb ram 100Mb/s download and 100Mb/s upload with decent ping processor is a amd 2,3 GHz quadcore and is working at like 0-3%

i can pay like 5 EUR@paypal for the one that can help me

oh well its not the latest anymore :P just checked. but its rev 4362

edit: i think i might being ddosd or dosed ima mail the hosting company and see but dont see any incoming traffic on the monitors :S

Okay just got a response on my ticket from the hosting company

Unfortunately we do not offer any support for DDOS Attack what we do is locate the source and disconnect it from our network.
Our Support team shall update you more on this.

Wth do they mean? are they going to locate from where the attack is comming and disconnect in from the network?

Edit: guys im almost falling asleep here :P so i gotta go sleep but if someone of u comes up with an idea/solution if it isnt DDOS related lagg just post it here or send me a PM with ur paypal info or whatever and if it works i send 5 EUR :)

Hey, yeah as u guys said it wasnt a DDOS attack but it doesnt lag anymore when there are no players on
haha achtung yeah i formulated myself pretty bad :P i was really tired ;D
