Linux [Laggs] very weird [NOT DDoS]

Hello otlanders,

There is something weird going on in my server that i've never seen..

Let me explain, i've started my ot again after 3 years, i got many people who hate me and try to
get me down, well this time its like this.

Theres a player login in my server,
which is new created char level 20, without promotion.
He somehow always got a guild where he is only in the guild.
He is standing somewhere and makes the server lagg, i heard
something from gesior that it could be possible hes sending mass-logs mass-moves or something to the server,
how ever i ban this guy, (make him offline) the server dont laggs anymore.

For now i made in config.php only possible to make a guild at lvl 500, maybe this will stop him, but
there should be another way to fix this

I would be happy about some friendly support.

Sources edit:
- packets per player per second limiter
- many advanced changes to make player login faster [cache of accounts in some array? limit of logins per second per ip? login server that blocks all spamers and wrong login/password logins?]

There are many ways to remove/reduce lags, but your ots isn't shadowcores and you don't have enough money to buy these features/skills to write
