Windows Lags when using spell attacks (spells or wands/rods)

Hello, first of all, i use tfs 0.3, and my server is version 9.83
idk why but it lags really bad when i use spell attacks, or when using wands or rods, no error in console, nothing, plz someone help me fix this, is really annoying D:

Lol,. it just stoped, withouth doing nothing, but if it was like that, i'm pretty sure it will come back (the lag) so plz if anyone knows why is this plz tell me

This could be a script, host connection or any other cause, you are hosting this only for you or are more players playing it ? Also, i recommend you look through some scripts which can be the cause.

Linux system is using less of the ram, processor and so on.

is it for all spells, but anyway, it stopped and it hasent come back again , so i will tag this as solved, thanks guys!

This problem got back, i fixed every error in console but still happens, it sucks, any suggestions? if it is a script, wich one can be?

The video doesn't feel like lag caused by a bad scripting, seems like your client/PC can't handle it. Did you look at the resources (cpu, ram) while you try this?

no way, my computer is really good, and this happened a little time ago, i have always worked with the server in my pc, besides, if it were my pc, it should be like that all the time, and is not all the time

I refuse to belive that, I mean, you're even losing animation frames... Just look at the resources when you have this kind of "lag" (which isn't lag) see if your server is using more resources when you use spells.
Either way, I guess no one can help you if you don't post at least 1 spell script or something.

is not only spells, are all spell animations, for example when you loggin you get an effect, it lags, ok i will check on how much resources is using, could it be i got a virus? because it use to work just fine
