Hey yea, some people report lags on my ot. I have 4 gb of RAM on my pc but the windows only recognizes 3 i think, so lets say I only have 3. I have 2.66 Ghz. There are some things I don't know, how can I find out exactly how fast my connection is and everything? And where can I learn to make it go faster? I have a 89 MB rl map.

P.S These shouldn't be like permanent or extremely difficult things, because I have decided to install a 64-bit system, and put more RAM into it.

My ISP's fastest upload is 512 Kbit/s (the one I have).

Hoy many players can you take with that upload speed?

What if you have 4mpbs of download speed and 0.5mbps of upload?

And if I have 30mbps of download speed and 1mb of upload?

Does affect the download speed in lagging ?

(That is a lot of questions :>)

Upload speed is alot more important than download when hosting a gameserver.

Also I have 2 GB RAM I gonna upgrade to 6 GB soon.

Oh I forgot to mention im running a 100mb/s wireless connection And using windows 7 64 bit.

The router is pretty close to my computer like 10 meters.

I only tried to calculate based on your upload speed, I don't know how RAM impacts on max. players ;/
