Solved Launching ot server problem

Hi everyone
I have had a problem with my server.
its all done but I cant get it to start.
every time I launch the application (TheForgottenServerV8.2 64bit) and the 32bit
it says program not answering.
if some one could help me I would be very grateful.

go to globalevents.xml and remove the line what got record.

nopp that dident remove the Error
