no. that is not a streamer program. that is a streamer page wich u need xsplit or similar software to stream on. and it has a limit on 25 fps without paying

You can try using FMLE with VHSC and VAC if you don't want to use XSplit

??? twitch is just streamer homepage that collects stream data.. not a streamer program itself.. unless there is a Twitch stream-program that i know of

XSplit won't be free very soon so people need to either buy it or start searching for alternatives.
