I started playing ad in ranked and have ~85% win rate.

can anyone tell me which runes are best for draven/mf? with mf for passive and draven for aggressive play obv. I'm using full ad atm but I see alot of ppl take arm pen instead

AD w armor pen indeed, on MF i also like to run 21/0/9 masteries in mana reg because she is pretty manahungry.
