Haha! Hey guys a question for those who have access to the Test Realm.
Does Le Blanc has mana/energy? :) Cause her spells have no cost so it means she wont have mana/energy or who knows...
I saw her spells and it will be hard to play with...
15 secs cooldown, 95 secs cooldown, 30 secs cooldown... How the fuck will we attack? The damage that she does is a shit... :SSS!!!!!!!

she's a tactical champion, probably the hardest to master right now as it seems.
Not sure about mana/energy, I would guess mana because her appearance doens't look like a ninja. (ie. shen kennen etc.)

maybe need wait?
 
:/ anybody know next champ rotation? so that i dont buy a champ then get stuck with that champ being on free week lol.
