Both are really good champs. But it's about preference. If you want to attack fast and deal high damage over a short amount of time then Talon.
If you want to be able to tank some damage during team fights whilst dealing damage and harassing early game then go Shyvana.

I tried it in a dominion game (4v5) and holy mother of god ITS AMAZING!

What I do to counter trolls:

If u actually r@pe enemies hard they might stop trolling =P cause nobody wants to lose
but yeh, hard to not rage back
