Hippalus(riot member) on the LoL forums has been doing a few skin trades on rare occasions.

The requirements to get a skin trade are as followed, and in order..

1. You must receive 2,000 up votes on a thread you made about the limited skin you wish to get/trade for.
2. You must find someone with another limited skin that they are interested in trading for.

The "bonus" requirements, mostly to get more attention and feedback for your cause, and generally help people get their skins are as followed:

1. Drawing stupid pictures of the champion in the skin you want.
2. If you are a girl, take wank quality pictures of yourself in the costume of the skin you want.
3. If you are a boy, get your sister to take wank quality pictures of them dressing up in costume of the skin you want.
4. If you are a boy, and don't have a sister, get your mum to take wank quality pictures of them dressing up in costume of the skin you want.
5. If any Rioter responds to your thread, make sure to give him the best, longest, and sloppiest verbal E-Blowjob that you can.
6. Get rid of all self-respect and post non-stop on their stupid forums, which you can get permaban from without even accepting the summoners code, because you made ONE post calling the sick dying (and now dead) boy that 'loved Jax', useless.
 
hate what this game has become in soloq :P you HAVE to pick op champions else you WILL get reported for not picking op champions. Picking Heimer mid, Yi Jungle, Garen top or anything like that WILL get you reported.

SAD game is SAD.
 
I read a topic on lol forums before, when Evelynn was considered the worst champion in the league, that a guy who played Evelynn in rankeds was banned for troll picking.

Not really the games fault, this is just human nature.

Remember back in gym class when you'd play sports in class, and you had two team captains?

If you were one of the team captains, and you didn't pick the guys who actually did said sport and just picked who you wanted on your team, people would bitch and moan non-stop.


Also, I do have to tell you that your post is kinda wrong, because you can do those things, and win, and not get reported. But if you lose, you'll "probably" get reported, if they even remember to do it after game, and aren't blowing smoke out their asses.

If you don't talk outside of calling mia's/objective discussion and do okay in game, you most likely won't get reported regardless of what you pick.

But really, it's just human nature, if Tibia had a limit to how many people were allowed to be in your guild, and you didn't just invite the highest levels, a high majority of people would bitch non-stop about this, you can't really stop human nature.

All champions are OP in low elo.

And well, I only think of Xerath, Garen (ye, even if he can win a lane, fuck him, I have never seen a win with Garen, even if they go 16/4 and dominate their lane, other top lanes just more useful), Heimerdinger, Teemo (when I see him I just get the feeling "die you little shit"), Trundle, Fiddlesticks and Malzahar as a troll pick. Ye, fuck those champions. Lost countless of my elo to you guys, need to ban those guys over STRONG picks like Shen, Malphite, Jayce...
By the way, this is only based on my experience in more than 1000 ranked games. Might be because I only reached 1.9k elo, but well, the chances to win with those champions is 1:100, because there are either MUCH better picks or just too easy counters. Or maybe the people in my elo just all suck, happens to be those champions, which are seen not much, too have a worse win ratio. But well, I see much in my elo, someone insta locking GP vs Jayce toplane, buying no wards vs. lee, rather rushing double crit mantle and blaming the jungle...I think everything is possible here. lol.
