Level division

Right, well i searched around and couldn't find anything, and i'm not to sure if this is done in lua or sql but i'm going to give it a shot. I would like a script(?) whch would enable me to divide the experience and level of every character in my database by 10. So basically, say there are a bunch of level 400's on my server..i execute said scipt, and bam they are now level 40.

I certainly hope this is possible . So yeah any feedback would be kindly appreciated
