I know why zarz was promoted. lol And only thing ive really complained about was my doors to my house And how much i hate the reborn system lol
 
i'd say,
1-45 Rotworms/Dragons
45-80 Demons (using manarune)
80-200 Barbarians/Ice Witches, Stealthring/Utanavid + area spell preferred.
200-500 Black Knight Bosses
500+ Nightmares
 
How about something rebirthed characters?
For a knight
15 kill a demon sprout, you'll suddenly be level 200+ lol, and I can do it without a blocker.
after that sprouts or bkb's till 300 then nightmares and malice demons.

mages may want to replace nightmares with whisps though, seeing as how they are mostly ineffective against nightmares at the moment, but they own whisps.

Paladins may need a blocker when killing a demon sprout at level 15, but I doubt it.
