it is also my dedicated server in a data center very close to the local exchange so regardless if i annoy my gf it cant get shut down, even if she blows up the local power supply as they have a power backup for so long.
the rates will be in stages so average players will rock out at about 180-220 and people that play all the time 300+
its a pvp with guild wars etc
like earlier the main city is thais rest of the map is custom.
