LF stable 10.x Dist

Hi, I'm looking for a good and stable 10.x distro/source, if possible for the latest Cipsoft client.

I have been searching inside https://otland.net/forums/distributions.18/, however i don't know which one to pick, probably someone with experience could point me in the right direction.
