Linux or Windows?

What's the difference. I ordered dedicated from serverloft and they only have linux if im right? i ordered intel Xeon from serverloft – Welcome to serverloft – Dedicated Servers and it is linux. Is linux hard to handle ? is it the same as windows or is it much harder?

well, I was windows user for all my life...like a week ago i moved to linux, just to check it. What can I say? Linux is MUCH better for hosting, and not only for hosting... But if you have never used linux, and you're not pro with computers, it will be very hard to understand everything in linux xD So it's up to you, if you want linux, then be prepared to spend a lot of time in google xD

Linux would be a lot better if you understand how to use it, if not then go with windows.
