Linux - Protection Install

I am looking for someone with experience in Linux (Ubuntu & Debian) for OTserv, to be performing the entire installation in my dedicated.
I am looking for someone who really knows because I intend to have a server with a large number of players, and for this I need stability and so I intend to invest.

Obviously it will be a paid service.

So basically you are looking for someone to install(compile?) a otserver for you? If you need help installing the OS, most companies offers somekind of reinstall feature to do this for you.
Compiling a server takes just a few minutes and isn't very advanced at all.

The part that needs to be a firewall, CSF, iptables, automatic backup of the database, among others

Firewall should be hosted by the company, same as CSF.
iptables, what do you need help with? Limiting multiclients? - Automatic backup of the database can be done through simple crontab.
