the quest is not how we use the pick of the crystal in the (Heart of the Sea )

This Quest has many bugs, I tried to use pick in red crystals but there is only blue

It's not a quest, it's a world change

You have to use pick when it's red, during the world change. Use wiki

You guys can only use pick on red crystals (during stage 1). If they are blue its because quest is at stage 2 or then stage 3.
How to check which stage quest is?
1) If there is a wall [this one] quest is at stage 1:

2) If you can't go up the stairs [these stairs] quest is at stage 2.:

3) If you can go up the stairs on the image above quest is at stage 3.
