So sad, tried to play something else then necromancer, but it seems like spells are buggy -_-
The attackspeed increase spells do nothing (they even need a target), as well as "Prayer", "Shout" and "Defiance"... Pretty boring when my Paladin can only use 2 spells which are almost equal at level 15 <,< ...

"Prayer", "Shout" and "Defiance". Its party buffs you can use it only in party, casting that will increase your party and your own attributes.

What about the attackspeed? Waste of points? Says attackspeed increase: 200 at rank 2, see no difference... On Paladin with Zeal even worse, the mana cost does not increase with rank, says it requires 2 mana at rank 2, takes 1...
