Localhost error 404, please help

Hello, I am trying to change my password on this site http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php
But when i click on it, it says
Object not found! The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I have no problem to enter http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
I recently download xampp control panel and started Apache and MySQL.

Check if you got the file in your xampp directory, it should be in xampp/security/htdocs.

But you really should use uniform server insted.

Well, i have tried with uniform but i can't get it to work. When i click server status, my ip adress wont show up..

Server status? You install it and click start MySQL and start Apache thats it?

If you have some spare time, could you help me with one more thing?
I have been searching and searching for a forgotten server 8.6 and i can't find anything. Except crying damson but i cant find a forgottenserver.sql there.
Do you have any tip on a good forgotten server that i can use? in 8.6 version.

Or is there a better and more simple method than forgottenserver?

If you are using 0.4 use this; global860/schema.sql at master · otservme/global860 · GitHub
If you are using 0.3.6 use this; forgottenserver036pl1/mysql.sql at master · peonso/forgottenserver036pl1 · GitHub

Id probbly go with 0.4 if you want a stable "as is" server, Backup of some old sources
3884 = Windows
3777 = Linux

You install it just as you did with 0.3.6, maybe you have to compile the 0.4 versions, not sure.
If you are talking about the SQL schemas you just import the schema(0.3.6) into your database.
