When I enter http://localhost/ it doesn't brings me to my website. it brings me to http://localhost/xampp/

you need to deleted all files in xampps/htdocs and put your site files there.

you are redirected to that page because you didnt edited the default settings of xampp
just find the htdocs folder and edit the files on it
