Log in problem!!

i opened my ports and did everything, i can log in into server bu the ip xxx.xxx.xx from no-ip.org
i checkedcanyouseeme.org and ports are opened.. But my friend cant log in he just see acont manager but he cant log in!!

If anyone know how to fix it ill give rep++

It has to be something wrong with port 7171 or 7172. Close and Re-open the ports, then try again.
