log in problems

ok i have a question
i had downloadet the server "the forgotten server"
and i install all dll files
now i can start the server and create me an acc with the account maker
but now when i will log in with my char there stands you are not a gm
what can i do

wat do u have to do to actualy log in? mine keeps saying disconnected from server when i try :S helpz?
