Lua loggin problem "please help me"

hello i have some real friends so can connect to my server and some other cant connect why
they have right ip/port/clients/ and i have netgear switch

My rls who lives close to me can login to the server ( incl me ) but my friends who lives farer away can't login,

i started the server and my friend helped me with found some buggs and to morrow i will have test server on my ot and i cant becuse other guys can logg in

do you need to open this ports:

Port: 7171
Port: 7172
Port: 80

and how i do it in a switch? i think a switch dossent have any ports i heard
