Login failed

Hey guys, I'm trying to open the ORTS server here at home, but when logging in, it's showing Login Failed.
I'm using this site.
GitHub - otsoft/myaac: A free and open-source Automatic Account Creator (AAC) written in PHP (https://github.com/otsoft/myaac) can anyone help me?
I already changed the ip of the client to http://127.0.0.1/login.php

What do you see when you visit http://127.0.0.1/login.php in browser?

Make sure the login.php its in correct folder, for xampp it will be:

Xampp/htdocs/login.php
