Login problems

Hello, my website character creation do not seem to work, i use znote, i create chars they get to my data base but when i try to logon to the client, they say my account have no characters.... help?

Check your password encryption on config.lua.

mhm im sure thats correct..

i can logon to my accounts on the client but i cant login to the game on my characters (sorry thats whast blurry)

check port 7172 if it opened or nt since 8.x + required to open port 7172
