Logout during combat! HELP!

Hi, all the players on my server can logout during combat. Even with whiteskull!
Please help me guy, thanks in advance!
Using TFS 0.3.7

could the people have an account access like a Gm? GM accounts can logout with PZ... that what i think, also if is a server problem the problem will be in the sources, my recomendation is to use 0.3.6pl1, is the most stable server for now and you can update it to 8.60
