Windows LOL? WTF? Allocation failed, server out of memory!

I was with my server online usually, when I did an update on the map, he proceeded to give this error

Allocation failed, server out of memory!
Decrease size of your map or compile in a 64-bit mode.

The server was running normally three days online when I did the update, it start giving error, WTF? LOL

I using dedicated windows server 2003 1GBPS uplink 4GB RAM , 3x processor intel XEON.
My map size is 90mb.

Use Linux or compile it properly and it will go away. Laatido may also work.

If I spend my distro in laatido on windows 7 64 bit and pass distro for dedicated. Work?

Yes. Laatido should solve this issue. However, your server may need more than 4GB of memory to load.

I will try to use the Laatido. If does not work I have to use linux, you can tell me few as one good firewall for Linux? might block DoS and DDoS?
