I think you should work on your mountain and ground shapes, looks to round and unnatural imo. The third picture, grass with lava? :p But overall not bad.
 
I like the structure on the first pich, nicely done, but work more on your nature and caves.
 
Looks pretty good actually. But you some mountains and houses look so unreal and messy, in my opinion.
