-Hoster must have fast connection.
-Hoster must be dedicated.
-CM position will be given, then will be accended to GOD if their services are as expected (24/7 or close to that).
-When donations start coming in ( it's a new server) they will get 10% of donations.
 
anyone else laughed his ass off when you read the "10% of donations" thing?
 
You forgot to mention the hoster must be mentally ill.

But seriously, you will never get a serious and trustworthy hoster with that amount of donations, 10 percent is nothing.

Some hosters host for free, everyone isnt after money :p
