Programmer Looking for a partner for RealOTS

Hi,

Like the title says, i'm looking for a programmer that's willing to participate into running RealOTS 7.7
(Cipsoft files, https://otland.net/threads/realots-7-7-cipsoft-files.243786/), so not an ordinary OT Server.
I'll finance everything and we can sort out an agreement. The server will be hosted in USA.

If you're still interested on running the files, I managed to run them all (game server, login server and query manager) on latest Ubuntu distro. I'm about to start working on a website to create accounts and stuff. I think I'll modify DevAAC or ZnoteAAC. What will be hard is the house auction system, but I have some friends who know PHP and web-side stuff. I hope to have it ready in 3 months maximum, but I can't afford a nice dedicated. (I'm a student, rofl).
