looking for a script to advance you from level 10 to level 15 on your first login?

Hey! So, for some reason when I make characters (they start at lvl 10 as set in my config) their mana doesnt heal until they advance a level. I found that if i give them 1 level (so, make them level 11) their mana beings to start healing.
So, I just want a script that would give you 5 levels (from 10 to 15) when you log on for the first time!
