Basically RL Maps with nice custom areas are in demand right now, right?
Well what I'm doing is taking the Real life map I have that I have been working on since 7.82 and updating it as clients come out all the way up till now; trying to get everything working and stable. The server is now 8.61 and everything is working.
Lots of people in the past have helped get it 99.9% stable (possibly 100%, a player might find a bug that they can report though, who knows.) But overall, this isn't going to be a randomly downloaded RL Map trying to get hosting. This is a serious project that has had alot of work put into it!
So the details of the server are basically:
Anni, DHQ, Demon Oak, POI, Vocation quest, Svanground Arena, etc are all working!
Even lots of the small quests like the noble armor quest, and paradox tower are fully working!
All the quests have been scripted over the year and a half, two years this has been worked on; so we should be able to build a steady player base; and have good guild hunts and wars and not really have to worry about quest fixing.
I'll post more information about the server when we find a hoster with reasonable computer specs.
Server: TFS (Up to date, most stable)
Name: Unknown - The team will decide on a good name for the server.
Client: 8.61 - Only 8.61 allowed, unless someone can compile this for me because its not working for me.
ip: Most likely a .com, .net, .org domain name.
Uptime: Hopefully our hoster can provide 24/7 uptime.
Updates: Even though this is a real life map, there will be updates and customizations added every 24-48 hours! Small things that make peoples favorite hang out spots more enjoyable.
