Looking for Custom Client

I'm paying for a custom client to my 8.6 ot.
I want my own background on the client (got a picture)
I want the client to direct to my homepage and not to tibia.com
I want everyone to log in through it and have it in "download" on my homepage.
No one should be able to connect through 8.6 and ip changer.
