You will need at least min. 4 GB of run this. I would prefer 8 or even 16 gb.
1 GB won't hold a rl map, no way

i can provide a host. but may i ask, your server have something new?.... in comparition with others ot servers with those qualities...that should recieve anti-ddos and donations even before the start O: ?.
or you only want it to test?
in that case you can host in your home of found a free vps of 1 gb use youtube
